We can hardly believe that it has already been one month since Grace’s arrival!  Here is a recap of the last month, in numbers:

• 2 lbs. 6 oz.
• 3 outfits too small
• 42 visitors
• 200 diapers (and then some)
• 10 baths (only one screaming)
• 65 late night feedings (at least)
• 554 photos (after editing and deleting)

[cg_gallery] gallery_body_image_lightbox(10051, ‘right’, 180, ‘grace1month’); [/cg_gallery] Grace has definitely kept us very busy, but we have enjoyed (almost!) every minute of it. Within the last month, we have watched our baby girl begin to grow and change already. Milestones include moving into her crib as she filled up her bassinet, starting to drink from a bottle, going on outings to meet Dad for lunch and to attend church, and outgrowing her newborn outfit that she wore home from the hospital. We are delighted to watch her become more alert as she stares intently at everything, from the animals under her play gym to the expressions on our faces. And we relish each little smile that she has started to flash our way!

As we move forward into Grace’s second month, we look forward to all that lies ahead:

• All the little moments when Grace steals our hearts again
• Another gob of photos
• More smiles and attention when we play with her
• More visits from family and friends
• Larger diapers in bulk at Sam’s
• The possibility of Grace fitting into her Cyclone gear
• Dad being able to help bottle feed during the night
• And much, much more…

We couldn’t be happier with our little girl, and can’t wait to see what comes next!  Thanks to everyone who has stopped in, sent a card or wished us well.  Everyone is doing great!  As always, there are many more pictures in the gallery.
