Once Santa had left the premises, it was time to follow him north in the pursuit of SNOW! Our holidays continued as we celebrated with Gil & Donna at the cabin, where we found snow every day, professional present openers, and lots of fun!
Four days of winter weather found us reluctantly ready to return to the unseasonably warm Iowa weather. But before returning home there was still time for one last Christmas celebration. We met Aunt Connie & Uncle Otis at Greg & Kim’s apartment in Iowa City for one last family gathering on New Year’s Eve day. More presents, Chicago style pizza, a family walk, and lots of hospitality from Greg and Kim made for a fun-filled day for all.
