Even though our blog hasn’t reflected it, we’ve been super busy lately taking Grace on new big adventures. Many updates are set to come soon, but first some pictures and great videos from the St. Louis Zoo!

An amazing video of the hippo exhibit, which is by far the neatest we’ve seen at any zoo we’ve visited so far. And we just happened to luck out and catch one hippo in action!

Another zoo-best was the penguin house. Not only was it neat to see them up close, and to see them in action in the water, but it was the first penguin display that we’ve seen where the climate was appropriate for penguins. It was COLD!!!

Grace really liked all the noise the penguins were making, and all the splashing.

And of course, Grace couldn’t help but want to ride the giant merry-go-round. This was her first real experience on one this big, she was hesitant at first, but ended up loving it!

Grace didn’t get the guts to touch one of the stingrays, and was a bit afraid of them at first, but she still enjoyed watching them zip by.
